By downloading, installing, or using TV Boost Pro ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and DEVELOPER_LEGAL_NAME_REQUIRED ("we", "us", or "our").

2. Description of Service

TV Boost Pro is a utility application designed for Android TV devices. The App provides tools to analyze storage usage, review installed applications, monitor app usage patterns, adjust system animation settings, and generate device health scores. The App is intended as an informational and optimization tool.

3. Device-Dependent Results

TV Boost Pro's analysis and optimization results vary depending on your specific device, its hardware specifications, installed software, Android version, and current device state. We do not guarantee specific performance improvements, as outcomes depend on factors beyond our control including device manufacturer restrictions, available system resources, and individual usage patterns.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

TV Boost Pro offers premium features through the following subscription options:

• Monthly Plan: Billed monthly with automatic renewal.
• Yearly Plan: Billed annually with automatic renewal.
• Lifetime Purchase: A one-time purchase providing permanent access to premium features.

4.1 Auto-Renewal

Monthly and yearly subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Google Play account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan.

4.2 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play Store subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until the end of your paid period.

4.3 Refunds

Refund requests are handled through Google Play in accordance with Google Play's refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use TV Boost Pro only for its intended purpose as a device optimization and analysis tool. You shall not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App or any part thereof.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
• Attempt to bypass any security measures or access restrictions within the App.
• Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the App or any access thereto.

6. Advanced Settings Disclaimer

TV Boost Pro may include advanced settings or features that modify system-level configurations such as animation scales. Use of these features is at your own discretion and risk. While the App is designed to apply safe adjustments, modifying system settings may affect your device's behavior. You can always restore default settings through the App or through your device's system settings.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to TV Boost Pro, including but not limited to its design, code, graphics, logos, and user interface, are owned by DEVELOPER_LEGAL_NAME_REQUIRED and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our trademarks, logos, or brand elements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• TV Boost Pro is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
• We do not warrant that the App will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DEVELOPER_LEGAL_NAME_REQUIRED from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which DEVELOPER_LEGAL_NAME_REQUIRED is established, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
